- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Berlin Time (GMT+1) will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volumes.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the destination country and shipping method like Economy, Standard & Express.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not include the 5–7 business day processing and handling period.
